My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Fit-out) to join a leading Tier 2 contractor on a high-profile commercial project in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of site operations, lead a dynamic team, and deliver a fit-out project to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff effectively.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep the project on track.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and budget control.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant construction qualifications or certifications.
• Full clean driver's license.
