Construction Site Manager CVSER (M/F) We are looking for our CVSER Works Management department in Fribourg, specifically for a project in Bulle: Construction Site Manager CVSER (M/F) Your profile: an engineer in the field of building or construction techniques, preferably complemented by a higher qualification (HES/ES engineer, diploma/certificate considered equivalent), at least 2-3 years of experience in site management ideally in CVSER or at least one of these techniques, preferably in general/total contracting or in site management, interest in complex and/or large-scale projects in CVSER (Industrial, hospital, etc.), mastery of tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project), sense of team spirit and mutual assistance, flexible capacity, and willingness to invest in the profession, holder of a driving license and mobile (presence on site), knowledge of BIM. Main responsibilities: Guaranteeing quality, costs, and deadlines, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the work of CVSER companies, contractual and financial follow-up of CVSER companies, responsible for compliance with safety rules within the receptions and technical service launches, and resolving feedback issues.
