Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a major new-build education development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and wider project stakeholders. You will play a key leadership role on site, driving performance and ensuring that quality, health and safety and programme objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated construction professional to join a flagship project that will have a lasting impact on the local community.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience managing sizeable construction projects as a Site Manager, ideally within the education, public sector or large-scale new build sectors. You will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, programme management and quality control procedures, alongside excellent communication and leadership skills.Applicants should hold relevant site management qualifications including SMSTS, a valid CSR/CSCS card and First Aid certification. The successful candidate will be capable of leading teams, managing subcontractors and maintaining high standards of health, safety and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
