Site Manager

Site Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a large-scale apartment development in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for a Site Manager with large building project experience to lead delivery on site. The successful Site Manager will report to the Project Manager on site.

Role:

• Take ownership of day-to-day site management, ensuring works progress safely and to programme.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, general foremen, and site staff across all trades.
• Monitor quality, cost, and programme performance, escalating risks where needed.
• Lead site Health and Safety, ensuring full compliance with site-specific procedures.
• Liaise with the design team, client representatives, and project management on delivery matters.
• Support planning and sequencing of works across a busy, high-density residential site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large building projects
• Strong background with a main contractor
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
