Primtac Personnel is working with a growing fit-out contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager with a strong carpentry background.

This is a hands-on role managing small teams across fit-out and commercial refurbishment projects throughout Dublin. A company vehicle is provided.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage day-to-day site activities and keep projects on schedule
• Supervise carpenters, tradespeople and labourers
• Read drawings and coordinate carpentry and fit-out works
• Carry out hands-on carpentry work when required
• Allocate tasks and monitor quality of work
• Ensure sites are safe, tidy and well organised
• Liaise with contractors, trades and clients on site
• Help resolve any issues that arise during the project

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong carpentry background with site supervisory experience
• Previous experience in fit-out or commercial refurbishment
• Experience managing small teams
• Good knowledge of construction health & safety
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction plans
• Practical, hands-on approach
• Full clean driving licence
