Job Description
Site Manager - M&E Project - Oldham, Manchester

Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Start Date: 10th October 2026
Duration: Until March 2027
Rate: £270 per day
Hours: 8 hours per day
Project: Commercial M&E Project

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial M&E project in Oldham, Manchester.

The successful candidate must have a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background and previous experience managing commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of the site and M&E works

  • Coordinating mechanical and electrical trades and subcontractors

  • Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard

  • Monitoring progress and reporting on site activities

  • Managing health & safety and ensuring site procedures are followed

  • Liaising with contractors, project management and other site personnel

  • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and general site management duties

Requirements

  • Valid SMSTS - essential

  • Asbestos Awareness - essential

  • Strong previous M&E site management experience
