Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing and apartments project in Gosport.
Experience with Heritage Works is Essential
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of site operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties
Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
Implement effective time management strategies to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress updates.
Background in new build housing/Apartments.
Qualifications
Proven 5 years experience in site management or a similar role within the construction industry.
SMSTS/Black CSCS
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Proficiency in time management with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
