Job Description
We are seeking a site manager with experience in refurbishment projects for a new role in Newton Abbot. 
You will be working on an existing project for 6-7 months completing refurbishment of existing buildings.
The job
- Managing subcontractors on the project
- Working with existing site teams to support ongoing works
- Maintaining health and safety
- Longer term role (6-7 months)
- Opportunity to work with a main contractor
- Weekly pay (UMB PAYE or PAYE)
- SMSTS
- CSCS (Gold or Black)
- First Aid at work
- Experience and knowledge of refurbishment works
- Ability to pass BPSS and further security clearance
