Job Description
Overview 
Our client, an established contractor, is seeking a driven and experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery of a major construction and refurbishment scheme. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing works from initial mobilisation through to completion.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise all on site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site resources.
- Ensure programme milestones and budget objectives are achieved.
- Uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the project.
- Monitor workmanship and compliance with technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve site challenges to keep the project progressing smoothly.
- Strong track record in managing construction, fit out, refurbishment, or new build developments.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and site teams.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage project delivery effectively.
- Industry recognised certifications and training are advantageous.
