- Lead site management for a €55m residential project delivering 288 apartments.
- Coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors, health and safety, and programme milestones.
- Manage on-site teams, quality control, and client communications.
- Collaborate with the main contractor to maintain project standards and ensure timely delivery.
- A relevant degree or Trade qualification
- 5+ years' experience
