Site Manager - Drogheda, Co. Louth

Salary -up to €80k plus benefits package

Permanent Position

Our client is an award winning, multi disciplinary building contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

You will be based on a residential apartment development in Drogheda. This is a permanent position which will continue over the next 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
• Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely and successful completion

Requirements

• Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or a trade background
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, environmental and building regulations
• Self driven and results oriented with a positive outlook
