Site Manager

Overview

My Client, who are a leading National Housebuilder, are looking for a Site Manager in Rustington. The site is a large housing development consisting of both timber frame and traditional build houses and apartments and requires an experienced Site Manager to run the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team on a large housing development project (timber frame and traditional build).
• Manage two experienced Assistant Site Managers and coordinate with a visiting Contracts Manager.
• Deliver the project from inception to completion, ensuring milestones, quality and safety targets are met.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in running large housing developments with a track record of delivering from inception to completion.
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
