The Vacancy
WPS are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our planned team, working in partnership with a long-standing social housing provider. This role will focus primarily on kitchen and bathroom (K&B) refurbishment works across occupied properties.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned K&B works.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Liaise with tenants, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor health & safety compliance and carry out regular site inspections.
- Manage site documentation, progress reports, and snagging lists.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing environments.
- Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets.
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications desirable.
