At Biogenie, we're looking for a hands-on, practical Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of remediation projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with site leadership experience, whether you're already a Site Manager or a Senior Foreperson looking to take on broader responsibility and ownership of projects.

You'll be supported by experienced Project Managers and a wider technical team, with the opportunity to grow and develop as you take ownership of projects on site.

What you will be doing:

As a Site Manager, you'll:

Take the lead on-site, managing teams, subcontractors, and daily activities.

Deliver remediation works safely, efficiently, and in line with the project plan.

Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Coordinate plant, materials, permits, and inspections.

Keep site documentation up to date and accurate.

Communicate clearly with the Project Manager about progress, issues, and resource needs.

Motivate and guide your team to maintain high standards of work.

What you should bring to the role:

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Proven hands-on experience working on contaminated land or remediation projects, with a strong understanding of site operations and environmental best practice.

Experience of leading people on site.

A strong understanding of health and safety (RAMS, method statements, CDM).

Good communication skills, with a confident, calm approach and strong problem-solving ability.

SMSTS and CSCS card (or willing to work towards these).

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
