Site Manager - Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishment
Kingston upon Thames + Surrounding Areas Full-Time Permanent
£45,000 - £50,000 DOE

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. If you're someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care for people, you'll thrive in our supportive and inclusive environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and coordinate daily site activities
- Supervise trades teams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Liaise with clients and report progress to stakeholders
- Uphold site safety protocols and carry out regular inspections
- Maintain quality control and resolve day-to-day issues on-site
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years' experience managing similar refurbishments in social housing
- A natural team leader who's confident managing multiple trades
- Strong communication, problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Qualifications: SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS Card, Fire Marshal Cert
