Overview

Are you interested in working on a large £30 million project? Do you want to advance your site management career? My client, a leading developer contractor, is seeking a Site Manager due to recent project wins. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a main building contractor or developer, particularly on multi-million-pound residential high-rise schemes.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all trades and labor teams on large, fast-moving projects.
  2. Ensure all site activities adhere to the highest health and safety standards.
  3. Deliver large design and build schemes from conception to completion.
  4. Successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
  5. Experience with finishing and internal works on large-scale construction projects.
Project Details

Projects range from £50 million to £30 million, requiring site managers with strong finishing experience. Candidates with a joinery background are of particular interest.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Valid SMSTS Card
  • First Aid certification
Preferred Qualifications

CIOB or NVQ qualifications are advantageous. The company values candidates with a stable work history seeking long-term employment.
