Working Foreman / Site Manager - Japanese Shop Fit-Out - West London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman / Site Manager to oversee a Japanese retail fit-out project based in Acton.

Job Details:

• Location: Acton
• Start date: 07/09
• Duration: 4-5 weeks
• Rate: £300-£350 per day (DOE)
• Sector: Retail fit-out / shopfitting
• Hours: Full-time

Duties will include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site
• Supervising trades and subcontractors
• Coordinating the fit-out programme
• Monitoring the quality of works
• Managing health and safety on site
• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
• Liaising with the client and project team
• Ensuring works are completed to programme

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Manager on fit-out or shopfitting projects
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid (preferred)
• Ability to manage a fast-paced retail fit-out project
