Miller Homes is seeking a Site Manager for the West Midlands region. You will oversee construction activities, manage labour and sub-contractors, and ensure compliance with safety plans and build programmes.

The role requires prior site management experience in housebuilding, an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent, and a drive to win internal and external awards. You will lead a site team and collaborate with the Contracts Manager to deliver targets.
