Do you have experience as a Site Manager / Uitvoerder within construction or infrastructure projects?

We are representing a well-established European construction company specialising in large-scale infrastructure and multi-storey projects. They are continuing their growth across Europe and are now looking for a Construction Site Manager / Uitvoerder to oversee a brand-new project site in Delft.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and direct employees, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements. You will work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of the project.

The successful candidate will come from a Construction or Infrastructure background with previous experience managing sites and teams. They will bring strong communication skills in Dutch and English or German and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will be joining a steadily growing international company with long-term progression opportunities into Project Management and senior leadership positions in the future.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day operations on a large construction site
• Coordinating subcontractors and direct employees
• Ensuring projects are completed according to schedule and customer requirements
• Monitoring site safety, quality, and project progress
• Collaborating closely with the Project Manager

The Candidate:

• Experience as a Site Manager / Uitvoerder
• Background in Construction or Infrastructure projects
• Fluent in Dutch and English or German
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commutable to Delft and willingness to travel to other locations across the Netherlands
