The Opportunity

A contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a demolition-led project in Oxford. This role offers full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a high-value scheme.

The Project

A £9m demolition project involving controlled demolition works, site clearance, and coordination with engineers and subcontractors in a live environment.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for site operations, safety, and programme delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily site activities and subcontractors

  • Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme

  • Overseeing demolition methodology and sequencing

  • Maintaining site records, permits, and reporting

  • Liaising with project management and engineers

About You

  • Strong background managing demolition projects

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

  • Confident managing safety-critical operations

  • Hands-on, delivery-focused approach
