Site Manager - Social Housing Retrofit & Planned Works

Wates Property Services is hiring a Site Manager to lead planned works and retrofit projects across Swindon and Oxfordshire, with a focus on social housing in occupied properties.

You will coordinate multi-site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and engage with residents, clients and internal teams to drive successful handovers and outcomes.
