Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment (North London)

Wates Smartspace is seeking a Site Manager to deliver North London social housing planned maintenance across occupied homes. You will manage delivery, subcontractors, health & safety, quality standards and site documentation to ensure safe, efficient projects.

The role is field-based with travel across North London; you will coordinate with Resident Liaison Officers and client teams to complete works to deadline and specification.
