Job Description

Site Manager - Shop Fit Outs - Bristol

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming shop fit-out project in Bristol. The successful candidate must be confident running fast-paced retail fit-outs from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors.

  • Oversee health & safety compliance and site documentation.

  • Ensure timely delivery of works in line with drawings and specs.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team.

  • Maintain daily reports and progress updates.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS (SMSTS preferred).

  • Valid CSCS Card.

  • Previous experience in managing shop fit-out or retail refurbishment projects is essential.

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
