Site Manager - Retrofit & Refurbishment Lead

Fortem is seeking an experienced Site Manager to cover the Stoke and Chester areas on a permanent basis, with core days Monday to Friday. You will deliver retrofit and external refurbishment programmes within social housing contracts.

You will lead a team of staff and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and report to the Project Manager on site operations. A UK driving licence and site qualifications are essential.
