About: Our client is a well-established contractor specializing in High Residential, Commercial, and Heritage projects. They are a rapidly expanding company. We have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join their team on a multi-million-pound commercial project in Central London.

Responsibilities and Desired Attributes:

  1. Plan and manage all subcontractor activities while leading the site team.
  2. Proven track record in delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
  3. Maintain quality and safety control procedures.
  4. Demonstrate a positive attitude and understand the impact of decisions on the project.
  1. Experience delivering commercial, new build, refurbishment, and residential projects.
  2. Stable work history.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Experience with Health and Safety regulations.
