Site Manager - Planned Internal Refits (Social Housing)

Wates Property Services (WPS) is recruiting a Site Manager to join the Planned Maintenance team, delivering internal social housing works across Swadlincote and Derby, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms and Aids & Adaptations in live occupied homes.

You will lead day to day management of planned internal works, coordinate sub contractors and ensure safety, quality and resident experience, with handovers on completion. SMSTS/SSSTS, full UK driving licence and strong communication are essential.
