Site Manager - Housing Maintenance - Belfast

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in housing maintenance and refurbishment to join our team. Qualifications

• CSR Supervisor Gold Card with NVQ Level 3/4 (Construction or relevant discipline).
• Proven experience in site management for housing maintenance, refurbishment, or similar works.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety standards, construction processes, and housing sector requirements.
• Computer literate with the ability to manage reports, schedules, and correspondence.
• Clean driving licence (required).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of housing maintenance projects.
• Ensure site safety, compliance, and quality control in line with company procedures and statutory requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining professional communication throughout.
• Carry out regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Ensure all works are delivered to specification and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
