Site Manager - Health & Safety

We are representing a well-established Health & Safety business looking to hire a Site Manager with a HS/CDM focus onto a 6-month project on a site in Swindon. The position entails a 5-day week on-site commitment, with the client acting as the Principal Contractor for a new-build water plant. This project is about to commence and will run for a minimum of 6 months, with the opportunity to take on future contracts with the business once finished. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing construction and design safety elements of the build. Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations on site. Implementing pragmatic and proportionate safety solutions tailored to the project's unique needs. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential. Skills and Experience Required: NEBOSH General and/or Construction certification Experience with work at heights. Knowledge of confined spaces and temporary works would be advantageous but not essential. Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
