Site Manager - For commercial and industrial projects

The Opportunity

McCallion Group is seeking a Site Manager with experience in commercial and industrial projects to oversee the successful delivery of construction works. As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring programme, quality, safety, and client expectations are consistently met.

Location: Country wide

What You Will Deliver

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractor teams.
• Drive programme and quality targets in line with company standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety compliance and Quality Assurance.
• Maintain accurate site records and assist project manager with progress reports and documentation.
• Support procurement and materials management to meet programme requirements.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager within commercial and/or industrial construction environments.
• Preferably an engineering or construction-related qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of construction trades, techniques and H&S standards.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• IT skills (MS Office; project reporting tools).
• Willingness to travel to sites across Ireland as required.
