INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join its growing team delivering high-quality commercial interiors and fit out projects across Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to take ownership of projects from commencement through to successful completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and programme delivery.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, with the ability to manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors and maintain excellent relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Site Manager - Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial interiors and fit out projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within quality standards.
- Monitor progress against the construction programme and report on site activities.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
- Coordinate materials, plant and labour to maintain project schedules.
- Chair site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives.
- Manage health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legislation.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure snagging items are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, site diaries and progress updates.
- Resolve site issues efficiently while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
- Support project commissioning, handover and close-out.
- Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial interiors and fit out projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes and fit out processes.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and site management procedures.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting.
- Full clean driving licence.
