Site Manager - Fit Out

Job Title - Site Manager - FIT OUT Project - Commercial Fit Out Job Location - Dublin City Salary - €65,000 - €75,000 + package About the Company

My client is seeking a strong Site Manager to join their established team working on a high value, complete fit out of new offices in the South Dublin area - future projects to be Dublin wide.

This is a permanent position as a result of multiple new contracts coming through - consistently busy Fit Out Contractor in Dublin.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit out across a range of sectors including hospitality, restaurants, office space and commercial.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the fit out of commercial fit out projects in Dublin
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Project Manager and Senior Site Manager
• Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background (carpentry/ joinery preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role with a construction company in ROI - main contractor or fit out contractor preferred
