I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the external facade package established on a 7 storey apartment development project for a tier 1 contractor.

Responsibilities

managing all external facade works from start to completion
overseeing cladding, brickwork, window installation and detailing
coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme adherence
Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality on site
reporting progress to the project team

Qualifications

proven experience managing external packages on residential projects
Strong knowledge of facade, cladding and brickwork sequencing
SMSTS
Valid CSCS card
