You will manage site teams, delivering electrical installation projects safely, on time, and to quality standards. The role involves coordinating labour, materials, subcontractors, and project activity across industrial automation and controls projects. Responsibilities Oversee electrical installation activities and project delivery. Plan and coordinate site activities, labour, and project resources. Supervise electrical installation teams and subcontractors. Manage materials, equipment, and procurement requirements. Ensure work complies with electrical standards and regulations. Maintain project, compliance, and site documentation. Enforce health and safety requirements across all site activity. Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions. Requirements Proven experience in electrical installations, supervision, or management. Background in industrial automation, controls, or systems integration. Qualified electrician with strong electrical standards knowledge. Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and project priorities. Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Confident customer-facing communication skills. Comfortable working across both site and office environments.
