A Main Contractor with over 85 years within the Irish construction sector are seeking a talented Site Manager to join their team.

You will join an organisation at the forefront of the industry and be active in a wide range of sectors, delivering commercial, residential, educational and pharmaceutical projects for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities:

• The day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
• Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting workLiaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completion

Requirements:

• A third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or a trade background
• 4+ years experience as a Site Manager
