Location: Crieff - PH7
Rate: £270 - £280 per day
Start Date: Immediate Start

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction and fit-out of a commercial drive thru project in Crieff. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing fast-paced commercial builds, ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations for the commercial drive thru build

  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

  • Ensuring works are completed to the required quality and safety standards

  • Monitoring progress and updating project timelines

  • Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

  • Maintaining site records and reporting to project management

  • Overseeing health and safety compliance at all times

  • Liaising with clients, architects, and stakeholders as required

Requirements:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential

  • First Aid at Work certification - Essential

  • Previous experience managing commercial builds, ideally drive thrus or hospitality venues

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectively

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
