About Your New Job

• As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site operations for a luxury high-end extension and refurb project from initiation to completion in the Clare Region.
• You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and site safety.
• You will coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver a superior finish and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 3 years' experience in site management, preferably on high-end commercial projects.
• Strong track record of project delivery on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
