Job Description
Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a Cladding (Recladding) project based in Brentford, London.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in cladding and re-cladding installations.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and reporting progress to Contacts Manager.
- Leading site teams.
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- Ensuring that works are completed safely
- Attending site meetings
Essential Skills
- Experience as a site manager
- Good systems knowledge of various facades and cladding
- Good management & time keeping skills
- Driving License
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- SMSTS and First Aid at Work
Job Type - Permanent
Salary - £50K plus package
