30 hours per week, all year round - Part Time

Salary: Band 3, Points 3 4 (starting at £20,104.86 per annum)
Working across Brymore Academy and APEX Meadows

We are looking for a Site Maintenance Technician to support both Brymore Academy and APEX Meadows. Your work will help create a safe, clean and well maintained setting where students and staff can thrive. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied, active position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas to a high standard
  • Carry out routine checks, basic repairs, and general maintenance
  • Support site security, safety procedures, and emergency responses
  • Liaise with colleagues and external contractors to ensure efficient site operations
  • Contribute to a compliant, welcoming, and well organised environment every day

About You

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Enjoy hands on tasks and problem solving
  • Have experience in maintenance, caretaking, groundskeeping, or similar work
  • Have a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
  • Are confident using tools, equipment, and machinery
