Purchasing and Admin Manager
Reporting to Maintenance Manager and HOD

- Manage day to day purchasing.
- To monitor stock supplies, stock rotation and manage the re-ordering process.
- To source and purchase stock items, negotiating prices and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Manage the purchase order process - including raising and authorising P/Os.
- Identifying new suppliers and managing existing supplier relations.
- Negotiating prices and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Oversee all administration responsibilities within the maintenance department.
- Establish departmental standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are implemented appropriately.
- To work in partnership with other managers to ensure a culture of strong communication and teamwork.
- Managing departmental budget.
