Site HSE Advisor - Lead Safety & Compliance

Ricardo is recruiting a HSE Advisor for our Shoreham-by-Sea site. The role focuses on delivering site-wide HSE compliance, conducting inspections and audits, investigating incidents, and supporting contractor management and permit-to-work processes.

Ideal candidates will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate, have a solid grasp of UK HSE legislation, and be able to deliver HSE training. The company promotes a flexible working culture and a strong safety-first ethos.
