Site HR Manager - Manufacturing (4-day onsite, 12-Month FTC)

Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a niche manufacturing business in Swindon to recruit an HR Manager on a 12-month FTC, starting ASAP. The role is full-time with four days per week onsite, offering a salary of £50,000-£60,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You will report to the Regional HR Director and work as part of the site leadership team. You will handle end-to-end employee relations, policies and programmes, while supporting site growth, capability building and annual HR cycles.
