Site HR Lead & Advisor - Employee Relations & Growth

GXO is recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Rockingham site in Corby. This full-time, permanent role leads on-site HR, partnering with managers to deliver a commercial people service and support growth.

You'll work closely with site leadership, providing guidance on UK employment law, leading employee relations, recruitment and HR reporting to drive engagement and compliance.
