Site HR Generalist: Onboarding & Employee Engagement

Dunbia is seeking an HR Officer to provide advice and support to on-site managers and employees across generalist HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, coaching and training, absence management and employee relations.

You will manage site HR administration, prepare reports, support audits, and drive employee engagement initiatives, requiring strong communication and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a factory setting.
