Site HR & People Experience Partner

Amazon is seeking a PXT Business Partner to drive operational excellence and enhance organizational health across assigned Amazon facilities in the region. You will partner with site leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans, using data-driven decisions and HR technology to improve the employee experience.

You will foster two-way communication, lead engagement initiatives, and coach leaders on people management, performance, and employee relations.
