Site HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Recruitment

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to join a manufacturing site. This site-based role offers autonomy, a mix of employee relations, recruitment, and engagement initiatives on a Monday to Friday schedule.

You'll manage employee relations cases, lead on-site recruitment, drive engagement and wellbeing programs, and coach line managers while partnering with unions and senior leaders to support strategic HR projects.
