We are seeking a motivated and hands on Site Foreman to support the successful delivery of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of on-site staff and subcontractors, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and delivered to the highest standards. With a strong focus on quality control, program adherence, cost management, and strict compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, you will play a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and productive sites.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, review, monitor and supervise direct and subcontract site activities
- Supervise subcontractors and deliveries of the project in accordance with time, cost and quality requirements
- Assist Site manager with the Project Programme
- Attend and assist with weekly subcontractor meetings
- Audit workmanship and ensure that any required re-work is done expediently
- Identify potential construction challenges, safety and environmental issues on site and identify and implement solutions
- Manage project finalisation to ensure internal defect inspection and rectification is undertaken to achieve defect free completion
You're an experienced Site Foreman with extensive knowledge in the end to end construction value chain. You can positively influence business customers and colleagues and understand the building construction process. This role requires you to have a site supervisors' licence or builder licence.
