Job Description
Site Engineer 
Site Engineer is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Kerry based pharma manufacturing client.
Responsibilities- Report to the QA Lead for Production and Maintenance.
- Monitor and control maintenance and calibration for all manufacturing equipment and instrumentation at BVP.
- Liaise with external sub contractors regarding equipment maintenance, calibrations and qualifications.
- Assist with validation, calibration and maintenance of the Purified Water and WFI systems, HVAC system and autoclaves.
- Oversee the engineering function, ensuring the preventive maintenance schedule and Master Validation Plan are adhered to and all associated records updated.
- Purchase and procure spare parts and relevant consumables.
- Assist with IQ, OQ and PQ of all new and existing equipment.
- Assist the QP in implementing continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
- Serve as liaison with members of HPRA/FDA and other regulatory bodies.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
