We're working with a well established Irish contractor who are delivering a major redevelopment project in Co. Clare. This role offers the chance to play a key technical role on a high profile site where precision, coordination and quality assurance are essential. You'll be joining a supportive senior team and will be responsible for setting out, technical supervision and ensuring all works are delivered to specification on a complex, high spec project.

• A standout conservation/heritage build, ideal for someone who enjoys technically interesting and detail heavy projects.
• Hands on responsibility for setting out, quality control, surveying, and ensuring works align with drawings and specifications.
• A long term permanent role within a contractor known for delivering high quality work.

• Carry out setting out, surveying and technical supervision to support day to day site operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensure works meet design intent, and maintain clear communication with the Site Manager, Project Manager and client representatives.
• Conduct quality checks, review drawings, resolve technical queries and help maintain progress against programme and specification requirements.

• 3+ years' experience as a Site Engineer on building projects.
• Experience on complex or high spec builds; heritage project experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical ability, attention to detail and clear communication skills.

• €55,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
