The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Engineer with strong technical skills in surveying and site co-ordination. This role will focus on ensuring accuracy and quality across all setting-out activities on site, supporting the successful delivery of projects.

What You Will Deliver
  • Carry out precise setting-out and surveying using modern equipment.
  • Check and interpret drawings, specifications, and levels.
  • Co-ordinate with Site Managers, Project Managers, and the design team to ensure alignment of on-site works.
  • Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and trades to meet programme, quality, and H&S requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, QA documentation, and as-built information.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Complete 3D models for uploading onto GPS equipment and earth-moving equipment.
What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a setting-out/site engineering role.
  • Proficiency with total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
  • Strong understanding of civil works, concrete, and steel structures.
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or a construction-related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and quality.
