Site CI & Transformation Leader

Regeneron is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader in Limerick to own site-wide CI programs and drive transformational initiatives within a GMP environment.

You will prioritize projects with leadership, design actionable plans, and track impact against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People metrics, while coaching teams across functions to sustain improvements and build capabilities.
